Job Description:

Senior Product Designer (Bilt Technologies, Inc., New York, NY): Designing graphical components for usage in the user experience design of our Company's software products, which consist of iOS and Android mobile applications, as well as websites; Developing and crafting the user experience of Bilt's products, considering every interaction that a customer has with the Bilt brand, and ensuring that customers understand, value, and return to the product; Translating product requirements into user journeys, design flows, and wireframes that communicate design solutions to the broader team and other stakeholders; Gathering quantitative and qualitative feedback about our user experience through methods such as user interviews, user testing, surveys, etc.; Utilizing gathered customer feedback to improve the user experience, with a goal of making our software more intuitive, easy to use, and trustworthy; Analyzing user feedback in order to inform broader design decisions, business goals, and subsequently develop internal user experience design best practices; Working cross-functionally with software engineers in order to ensure that the user interface design and graphical design components are implemented to exacting standards and a high level of polish; and Contributing to the company's library of user interface and design system components and scale it thoughtfully so as to maintain consistency and cohesiveness throughout our software. Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Deep understanding of product-market fit, user needs, and competitive landscape; Experience creating and launching successful products, and identifying potential avenues for product expansion or enhancement; Experience balancing user needs with business goals, technical limitations and possibilities, and prioritizing product features based on user value; Ability to clearly communicate ideas and advocate for experience-enhancing decisions; Experience innovating UX designs, especially in terms of usability and user interaction; Experience successfully experimenting with new design methodologies, techniques, or technologies; Understands how to align the product design with the business goals and user needs; Experience balancing aesthetic and functional design aspects to create effective and efficient user experiences; Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Postman, Linear and Framer; Experience utilizing user research tools and interpreting user data to drive design decisions; Experience with data analysis in order to obtain self-service insights that inform the design process; Experience managing stakeholder feedback and requirements and finding solutions that facilitate all needs while not compromising user experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Digital Media or a related field, and at least one year of experience as a Product or Graphic Designer or related occupation.
