A company is looking for a Care Advocate to join their Care Support team.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, addressing questions and concerns
Assist with scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, managing conflicts and optimizing schedules
Coordinate care activities, including referrals and follow-up appointments, while maintaining accurate patient records


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a patient support, customer service, or healthcare-related role
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration is a plus
Proficiency in using standard office applications (e.g., Google Suite)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated proactive approach to patient support
