Job Description:

A company is looking for a Rail Department Operations Lead to oversee rail staff and support project delivery for national rail clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Directors for various rail-related projects
Assist with recruiting, performance management, and staff development
Oversee staff utilization, budgeting, and project management performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
Experience with Class I, Amtrak, or local rail and transit agencies
Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred
Knowledge of Oracle-based resource and financial management platforms
