Job Description:
Our client, a well regarded financial services firm in Midtown
Manhattan, is looking to hire a Temporary Corporate Access
Coordinator. The role will start asap and last through the end of
July. The role will be onsite 5 days/week and hours are 8am-5pm
with flexibility for light overtime.

Responsibilities
Support Corporate Access team to deliver a higher level of client
service to PMs and Analysts with a sense of prioritization and
urgency
Implement internal communication channels and processes to
streamline the flow of broker advertised and company originated
Corporate Access events
Create and manage meeting planners for 1x1 meetings and calls
Manage logistics for 1x1 meetings and calls
Remarket confirmed 1x1 meetings and calls
Update and maintain internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to
manage forward looking event marketing and requests
Assist Corporate Access Associates with conference template
uploads
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a
strong academic record
Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and
confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to
manipulate data
Detail oriented teammate who is able to prioritize in a fast paced,
constantly changing environment to ensure efficient execution
High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and
attention to detail
Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help
others
Compensation
$38-39/hr DOE
