We're a small team of scrappy individuals who are growing fast, and we're looking for someone to grow with us.NYC:43-01 22nd St Suite 602, Queens, NY 11101About the Role:WITHIN is expanding, and we're searching for an Affiliate Marketing Strategist who is passionate about the field and can adapt quickly to change. You thrive on communication, relationship building, and finding the perfect balance between clients and potential partners. With a keen eye for organization, you're able to juggle multiple projects and conversations while sorting and prioritizing information with ease. As a self-starter, you're always on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities, and you approach challenges with a positive attitude.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a portfolio of clients.
• Pull monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily reports to assess performance, partner activity, areas to scale and/or make adjustments, and present to Account Manager.
• Work efficiently within multiple affiliate networks:
  • Commission Junction
  • Impact
  • ShareASale/Awin
  • AvantLink
  • Rakuten/Link Connector
  • Etc.
  • Create and update Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Complete, add, and update tasks in Asana.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently in Gmail and Slack.
  • Ensure workflow and processes are productive and efficient, adjusting when needed.
  • Identify and summarize actionable items within client, network, affiliate, and inter-team meetings and delegate tasks to the corresponding individuals and teams.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and analyze reports for clients.
    • Ability to think creatively and find practical solutions to problems.
    • Strong team player who can also work independently.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Nice to have:
      • Advanced experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, Pepperjam, CJ, Rakuten, or ShareASale, and reporting dashboard Affluent.
      • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or Datorama.
      • Understanding of attribution and LTV metrics.
      • At least 1 year of marketing experience, including some affiliate marketing experience.
      • Experience with direct-to-affiliate recruitment and communication.Our interview process includes, but is not limited to the following:
