Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Opening Specialist to support and assist the Account Opening Manager. This role serves as an escalation point for internal staff, ensuring quality control and efficiency in account opening for Commercial, Domestic/International Banking accounts and KYC updates.Responsibilities:

Support the Account Opening Manager and internal teams.


Facilitate seamless onboarding with Relationship Managers.


Ensure compliance and accuracy in account openings.


Guide staff and manage workload efficiently.


Utilize banking tools to track and meet service goals.


Review account packages for policy and compliance adherence.


Build strong partnerships to enhance the client experience.


Provide training and manage client communications.


Solve problems proactively and drive process improvements.



What You Bring:

2-4 years of banking experience in account opening and KYC.


Passion for delivering top-tier customer service.


Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.



Tech Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Experience with Salesforce or core banking systems is a plus.


Familiarity with Jack Henry/SilverLake, FiServ, or similar platforms is beneficia
