The AP Administrator must work in a collaborative manner with co-workers and have strong organizational skills.Accounts Payable Administrator Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to process payments to subcontractors, employee expense reimbursement, reviewing invoices;
  • Reconcile vendor statements; research and correct discrepancies;
  • Comply with internal controls and company policies;
  • Ability to maintain filing of invoice payments and supporting documentation;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction industry.Our Investment in you:
