Administrator assists and supports the accounting team with
financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure
efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. The AP
Administrator must work in a collaborative manner with co-workers
and have strong organizational skills.Accounts Payable
Administrator Required Qualifications:
- Ability to process payments to subcontractors, employee expense
reimbursement, reviewing invoices;
- Reconcile vendor statements; research and correct
discrepancies;
- Comply with internal controls and company policies;
- Ability to maintain filing of invoice payments and supporting
documentation;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in
