This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and optimizing operational processes and technologies to sustain overall efforts.What You Will Do:

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and facilitate internal and cross-functional team alignment using Adobe Workfront, and other platforms/technologies, alongside the BAS Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the intake and routing process for creative projects by coordinating with other BAS operations team members, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to set clear objectives, expectations, and timelines.
  • Manage fast-moving and fluid marketing campaigns from end-to-end ensuring that milestones are met, strategic alignment is maintained, and cross-functional teams are effectively coordinated.
  • Facilitate training team members and new hires on our processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist with managing headshots process; own communications about upcoming sessions and monitor sign-ups.
  • Support with external vendor relationship management.
  • Manage and mentor Brand and Strategy Operations intern.Who You Are:
    • 3+ years of proven work experience in marketing and creative operations/project management; B2B/professional services experience working a plus.
    • BA in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with Workfront (preferred) and/or other project management software.
    • Occasional travel to other offices.
    • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of developing thoughtful solutions.
    • A strategic communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences and ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • An adaptable individual able to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances, ensuring continuous progress and success.
    • A creative thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of generating innovative ideas while maintaining structure and order in their work.
    • An active learner interested in continuously honing and growing their skillset.
