Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Junior Associate, Investor Information & Data to join their Manhattan, NY office.Responsibilities

• Manage RFP/RFI process, meeting all deadlines and communicating with key stakeholders
• Draft and disseminate written content that is accurate, concise, persuasive, and responsive
• Work across the Firm to gather information to update and improve upon existing content
• Articulate the Firm's strategies, investment philosophy, and processes in writing
• Liaise with groups who provide data and insights to help answer questions thoroughly
• Uphold an understanding of clients' unique requests and creatively tailor responsesRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Investment management or financial services industry
  • Experience with financial writing, RFPs, journalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to maintain standards and improve quality
  • Able to multitask and meet competing deadlines
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
