Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Client Onboarding - QA & Document Transfer Specialist to support a commercial banking client. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper transfer of account documents during the onboarding process. The specialist will also monitor documentation flow, ensure compliance with Pershing requirements, and publish progress reports regularly.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Account Officers on the account opening process.


Review account documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the GCIF account structure matches the Pershing brokerage account.


Follow up on any issues.


Track the flow of incoming and outgoing documents.


Publish progress of repapering accounts on a weekly basis.



Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in client onboarding or CIP/KYC roles.


Knowledge of CIP/KYC processes and regulations.


Ability to analyze account documents for accuracy and completeness.


Strong Excel skills and communication skills.


Experience with Pershing preferred.
