AG Consulting Engineering, PC (AG), a design, engineering and construction management firm with headquarters in New York is looking for a Senior Inspector / Transit with train station construction experience.

Position: Senior Inspector / Transit

Location: Manhattan, New York

Project: NYCT Train Station projects

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be the main person coordinating with NYCT user groups/ contractors and third parties as well as resolving issues at a station.

You will be responsible for reviewing letters, drafting responses, supporting CO Scoping/ negotiations, reporting on status, and monitoring quality/safety.

Reviewing progress payments, driving GOs, A&P, and Bulletins, monitoring schedule progress and driving schedule mitigation development with DB.

Basic Qualifications:

BS degree preferred in Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum 10 years' experience with at least 3 yrs with MTA projects.

Must have OSHA 30, TA RWP.

NYCT Track Training active certification.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong people skills.

The ability to clearly and effectively present information to clients, other staff, and management.

Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office products.
