Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate to investigate
and resolve denial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and examine sources of denials using knowledge of
coding and billing
Work closely with third-party payers to resolve unpaid claims and
prove medical necessity
Submit technical appeals and maintain compliance with HIPAA and
confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
Experience in follow-up, billing, or related revenue cycle
experience required
