Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Auto PD Claims Representative
- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve claims promptly and fairly, ensuring
accurate reserving and management of indemnity and loss
expenses
Handle moderately complex claims with authority up to $75,000 and
maintain compliance with internal and external audit standards
Collaborate with other departments and mentor peers while
leveraging technology for improved efficiency and customer
service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
4 or more years of experience in auto PD claim processing
One professional designation or equivalent coursework preferred
(i.e., AIC, CPCU, SCLA)
Proficient in technology platforms, including Microsoft Office
Suite and Internet-based applications
Ability to make timely, definitive, and fact-driven decisions
