The Opportunity:Are you an experienced and ambitious investment professional with a passion for innovation? We're looking for a visionary Head of Investment Innovation to join our dynamic and fast-growing wealth management organization. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to drive the growth of MassMutual Investment Management, contribute to best practices in portfolio management, and collaborate with our broader Wealth Management team.The Team:Our team is a dynamic, energetic, and problem-solving powerhouse, constantly evolving, learning, and adapting. • Lead the development of innovative new investment strategies within Wealth Management.
• Identify opportunities for new investment products and strategies leveraging emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Establish clear processes for generating, testing, and bringing ideas to market.
• Implement new investment products and strategies
• Evaluate and balance risk/reward for innovation and organizational objectives.
• Improve existing Wealth Management Investment Team (WMIT) offerings by studying, and optimizing processes
• Develop key performance indicators to track the success of newly launched offerings.
• Build a strong network of internal and external connections to support collaboration and provide valuable feedback on innovation processes.The Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance.
  • 10+ years of wealth management or related experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
