Bergan County packaging Machinery company is seeking an experienced CNC operator. As a CNC Setup Machinist, you will operate and maintain CNC mill equipment. This position must be able to understand, troubleshoot, and set up equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining operations.
Make necessary adjustments to the machines.
Perform tool changes, gauge measurements, and calibration.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in identifying broken tools.
3 years of CNC operation experience.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
