Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor
(CSAC) to provide support and guidance to individuals overcoming
substance addictions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly counseling to members via text, video calls, and
phone calls to monitor recovery progress
Onboard users with an initial phone call and conduct a
multidimensional assessment of their behavioral health history
Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and
provide feedback for product development
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and/or
behavioral support for substance use disorders
MS/MA or BS/BA in a related field
Active state credential (license/certification) from a state
credentialing board
Proficient with evidence-based practices such as Motivational
Interviewing and Medication Assisted Treatments
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from
various disciplines
