PM- 6:00 AMWhat You Will Do:
- Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building
through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in
developing an efficient team that is responsive to production
requirements and change.
- Establish work schedules taking into account customer
requirements, resource availability and other priorities ensuring
commitments are met in a timely manner.
- Work proactively to address issues and engage the workforce in
achieving cell goals; coach and develop through motivating,
encouraging and challenging, delegate effectively.
- Control quality, productivity and process flow to meet MRP
requirements while ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Ensure all equipment is kept in good clean working order.
- Ensure full involvement in CORE continuous improvement
initiatives - utilize CORE tools to improve production, performance
and reduce scrap, rework and repair.
- Ensure World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to
all EH&S requirements promptly; promote corporate code of
ethical standards and business practice and company
policies.Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years experience in an
engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or
similar industrial environment or an Associate's degree and 4 or
more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations
management, quality or similar industrial environment.
- In absence of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an
engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or
similar industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory
capacity.
- Demonstrated experience delivering a high level of customer
service to fulfill internal/external expectations.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
authorized to access information under this
program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience using CORE (Customer Oriented Results and
Excellence), Lean or continuous improvement principles to implement

is:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
workers, as they are essential to the development of our
engines.The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired
applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
