• Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and change.
• Establish work schedules taking into account customer requirements, resource availability and other priorities ensuring commitments are met in a timely manner.
• Work proactively to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving cell goals; coach and develop through motivating, encouraging and challenging, delegate effectively.
• Control quality, productivity and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all equipment is kept in good clean working order.
• Ensure full involvement in CORE continuous improvement initiatives - utilize CORE tools to improve production, performance and reduce scrap, rework and repair.
• Ensure World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly; promote corporate code of ethical standards and business practice and company policies.Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or similar industrial environment or an Associate's degree and 4 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or similar industrial environment.
  • In absence of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or similar industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering a high level of customer service to fulfill internal/external expectations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
