Job Description:
EHS Generalist - Safety Management and Performance TeamBased in
Los Angeles or Orange CountyFocus on EHS and Operational
Performance projects, as well as supporting general safety and
industrial hygiene projects as needed. Work on safety performance
improvement, program development, and safety culture projects, as
well as field and remote safety and industrial hygiene consulting
alone and in team contexts.Key Skills

- Set up new projects by collecting information from clients,
performing research, arranging collaborative workspaces and
document sharing, arranging communication and update cadences
- Arrange video conference calls, slots, support roles,
pre-reads, pre-work, slide aggregation, notes distribution, and
post-work
- Maintain project management system updates and create
summaries
- Review and annotate client-provided documents (against provided
guidelines and standards)
- Arrange and conduct interviews with client personnel, in
individual and group settings in interviewer, support, and scribe
roles
- Create "statements of methods," technical documentation and
related documents in partnership with client personnel and internal
and external SMEs
- Create presentations and reports, of varying levels of
complexity, as individual assignments and as team coordinator
- Conduct and participate in planning and execution of site
visits for overviews, data gathering, inspections, audits,
presentations, and work sessions
- Interface with other internal team members, and external
subject matter experts and partners to bring together relevant
information, coordinate work, and facilitate group work product and
report generation
- Conduct physical facility safety field inspections
- Work on insurance services projects including various and
multiple coverages, insurance arrangements; in support of
underwriting, account management, loss control, claims handling,
renewals, market expansion, and service plan
