A company is looking for a Workday Analyst for a contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the transition to WorkDay Help and WorkDay Journey by improving system navigation
Migrate and enhance 800-2,000 knowledge-based articles into the new WorkDay Help system
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate and refine content

Required Qualifications

Healthcare background
Experience with WorkDay knowledge articles
Project management experience
Skills in content management and media creation
Familiarity with instructional design and AI tools
