Job Responsibilities for Pest Control Technician:

Perform pest inspections and identify infestation sources in residential and commercial properties.
Implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments applied, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to optimize pest control procedures and share knowledge.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements for Pest Control Technician:

Proven problem-solving skills with a dedication to resolving pest-related issues efficiently.
Respect for others' time and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Demonstrated history of excellent work experience and longevity at previous jobs.
Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Able to work five days weekly between Monday and Saturday, 8 AM to 5PM-ish.

Compensation and Benefits for Pest Control Technician:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and credentials
