  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Coordinate Complex Logistics: Schedule and oversee multiple moving projects each day, ensuring efficient routes and optimal use of trucks and crews.
    
  • Manage Drivers & Crews: Lead and direct our team of drivers and movers, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
    
  • Ensure Seamless Service: Maintain our white-glove standards on every job, proactively resolving any issues to guarantee a smooth, high-end experience for clients.
    
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the communication hub between clients, drivers, and internal teams (operations, warehouse, sales), keeping everyone informed and on-track.
    
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor daily operations and identify ways to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality as we grow.
    What We're Looking For:
    
    • Experience & Expertise: Several years (5+ preferred) of dispatch, logistics, or operations management experience, preferably in the moving or transportation industry.
      
    • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to juggle complex schedules, manage multiple priorities, and keep every detail on track.
      
    • Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational skills, with a track record of leading a high-performing crew.
