Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to drive
successful client onboarding and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from
initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality
delivery
Lead all aspects of implementation, including training, solution
configuration, and data migration
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure
smooth transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation
or project management role within a SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects
from initiation to completion
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster trust
with clients
Empathetic and customer-centric mindset with a passion for
exceeding client expectations
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to
manage projects effectively
