Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract

Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract
Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to
support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf
of a Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes
but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to
non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering
(BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct
prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by
re-engineered process operational requirements.This is a
non-personal services contract to provide support to Business
Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle
management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of
automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational
requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will
define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal
Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support
and execution of a Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO)
responsibilities.Responsible for the analysis of multiple, complex
process flows and the design and development of multiple, complex
application systems. Incumbent will primarily be responsible for
the development, documentation and support of moderate to complex
workflows using K2 Smart forms in SharePoint 2010.Heavily involved
in the transition of existing workflows from InfoPath forms to K2
Smart forms. Responsible for gathering user requirements and
designing a workflow solution that best meets those business
requirements.Also, provide support for less complex workflows
developed by end users and junior team members in SharePoint. The
incumbent actively supports and complies with all client policies
and procedures.Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining critical business process automation
applications through K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms
technologies.
- Capturing data and creating reports utilizing SQL in a backend
capacity.
- Designing and implementing Business Process Management
workflows with K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms technologies.
- Developing smart objects on top of Database and SharePoint as
well as other Team Collaboration Software platforms.
- Developing Smart forms using Smart objects and integrating
Smart forms with workflows.
- Designing and implementing RDBMS application data layer for
capturing custom data requirements to support the workflow.
- Reviewing and contributing to technical documentation for
workflows and other development initiatives.
- Producing and executing system and system integration
testing.
- Preparing necessary release documentation for production
deployment.
- Coordinating development and support efforts with offshore
team(s).
- Mapping, developing, and translating requirements into a
specification document containing high level of technical design
information in support of the development work.Work closely with
clients, subject matter experts, or analysts to understand the
requirements, establish priorities and project scope, and manage
expectations and project delivery.QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS:Business Analysts involved in K2 projects with the
appropriate knowledge to make good decisions during the design and
specification of K2 projects with the goal of implementing
successful BPM projects.Familiarity with K2 black pearl Solutions
and ability to understand and manage the difference between Source
Code Technology Holdings and K2, and have a high-level
understanding of the products in the K2 suite.Knowledge of
workflows and processes, how K2 is used to implement processes and
address the requirements of BPM and BPA. Good understanding of the
challenges faced with BPM implementations and how to mitigate or
address these challenges with specific approaches and strategies to
ensure successful BPM projects.Experience with K2 black pearl
Development and know how to gather specifications for K2 projects,
which questions to ask during the specification gathering phase and
will have access to templates that can be re-used to consistently
gather specifications and design a K2-based solution.CORE

Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as
necessary.
