Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide
user support and training for CRM and Help Desk systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to users experiencing issues with CRM or
Help Desk systems
Troubleshoot problems and ensure smooth operation of CRM and Help
Desk software
Develop and conduct training programs for users at various skill
levels
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience using Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk
and Software)
4 years of experience in end user testing of software releases
2 years of experience using Zendesk Help Desk (preferred)
2 years of experience using MS Modern Requirements (preferred)
