We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Field Construction Manager to join our team.We seek an experienced Field Construction Manager with expertise in Site Surveying, Roofing, and Electrical work within the solar energy industry to oversee field operations. This hands-on, field-based leadership role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to manage multiple teams, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and efficiency improvement.This role serves as the primary technical contact for Customer Service, Account Management, and Project Management teams, ensuring that all preparatory and post-installation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standardsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:--- Oversee daily field operations, managing site surveyors, roofing crews, and electrician teams.--- Ensure all pre-installation work (site surveys, roofing, electrical upgrades) is completed safely, on time, and within budget.--- Manage post-install servicing, including system troubleshooting, roof repairs, and electrical adjustments.--- Supervise and support field teams, providing training, guidance, and accountability to maintain performance standards.--- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.--- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to optimize workflow and resolve field challenges.--- Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports on work progress, material usage, and safety compliance.--- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the field team.QualificationsQualifications:--- 5+ years of experience in field management, overseeing roofing, electrical work, site surveys, and post-install servicing for solar projects.--- Expertise in structural assessments, site evaluations, and troubleshooting roofing and electrical issues related to solar installations.--- Strong understanding of solar system servicing, including maintenance, panel performance troubleshooting, and post-installation repairs.--- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and train field teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.--- Deep knowledge of safety regulations, construction best practices, and permitting requirements for solar installations.--- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resolve on-site challenges.--- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites as needed.Benefits:--- Starting salary $80,000 - $115,000 based on experience level.--- Opportunities for professional development.--- A supportive and collaborative work environment.--- Insurance Stipend--- PTO Bundle
