Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned
areas or aspects of the project. They ensure the work is performed
in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance
with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. They
directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant
Superintendents.Superintendent Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
- 5+ Years of proven construction experience
- 5+ years Successful leadership of smaller projects or an area
of a larger heavy civil project
- 2+ years experience with change order and ticket
management
- 5+ years experience with craft field crew/subcontractor
oversight
- 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look ahead
schedules
- 2+ years experience with reading and delivering on plans and
