• Manage the full process and workflow for events and productions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution phases, from initial vision to day-of implementation.
• Vendor and Team Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure teams are clear on priorities and deliverables at all stages of the project.
  • Event Strategy and Execution:
    • Oversaw and ensure that client visions were translated into actionable designs and floorplans.
    • Set up processes and workflows for seamless event production.
    • Source venues and manage all logistical aspects of event production.
    • Quality and Innovation:
      • Maintain the company's standard of excellence for high-scale events, including multi-day productions.
      • Handle both large-scale productions (e.g., concerts or Shabbat weekends) and smaller events (e.g., parties, birthdays).Qualifications
