Position Description:

In general Maintenance positions troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production systems and equipment. In these roles maintenance professionals troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install all equipment and systems in the plant to insure smooth operation, production, & safe working conditions. Key duties include:

--- Troubleshooting & solving production and facility equipment problems during day-to-day operations.
--- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment & systems to prevent downtime/deterioration.
--- Work assignments on projects for continued growth, expansion, & safety of the plant and work areas.
--- Work with outside contractors to perform installation or service of equipment within the facility.
--- Assisting operators to minimize downtime and complete scheduled equipment cleaning/changeovers.

Requirements: HS Diploma/GED. Candidates must be maintenance professionals with 2+ years industrial electrical experience troubleshooting & repairing industrial systems. Strong systems-level electrical experience from 120V up to 480V and PLC programing required for Rockwell, Allen Bradley systems. You will be fixing single & multi-phase electrical systems such as motors, switches, starters, variable-frequency drives, input/output controls, and some robotics on production line equipment and systems. Candidates must have excellent input/output electrical troubleshooting & be able to read schematics, blueprints, drawings for maintenance/troubleshooting/repair with ability to share skills to help others develop, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing a high level of detail, pride, and safety towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs. For the leadership position, an NCO Maintenance Leader would be a great fit. Must pass drug test & background prior to employment.
