As a(n) 3D Designer/Architect you will:
We are looking for a seasoned 3D Designer/Architect with extensive experience in designing retail stores to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of spatial design, customer experience, and brand aesthetics to create compelling retail environments that drive engagement and sales. This is an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and leave a lasting impact in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative retail store layouts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
Research and incorporate current trends and innovative materials into retail design projects.
Work with construction and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget.
Optimize store designs for functionality, accessibility, and customer flow.
Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in 3D design or architectural roles, with a focus on retail store design.
Proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
Strong portfolio showcasing past retail design projects, including 3D renderings and technical drawings.
Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes specific to retail environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have: 7 + yrs of experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 pr hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
