Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trading & Advisory Ops Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for trade-related questions
and issues, recording and entering trades submitted by financial
advisors
Assist financial advisors with fixed income product offerings,
trade execution, and reconciliation of trade errors
Review new advisory account paperwork for accuracy, coordinate
funding, and process service requests with discretionary money
managers
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years' experience in brokerage operations and/or securities
trading
Prior experience with managed account sales and service
Extensive knowledge of fixed income, equity, mutual fund, UIT, and
fee-based products
FINRA Series 7 or SIE & 7TO & 63/65 or 66 licenses, or ability to
obtain within 120 days after hire
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
