The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions and workshops.Job Title: SAP Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Stamford, CTJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of SAP services, including S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP TM, SAP EWM, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Integration Suite (with API Management). The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Facilitate collaboration between various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.
• Process Development: Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure that projects are on track and meeting performance standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP teams. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Required Skills:
  • 20+ years of experience in SAP, including project management and delivery.
  • Proficiency in integrating SAP solutions with other systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement of SAP processes.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in monitoring service delivery metrics and KPIs.
  • Technical leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor SAP teams.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/year to $152,000/year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
