Job Description:
A company is looking for a Direct Sales Producer responsible for
generating new member sales in the Individual Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outbound and follow-up sales for leads across multiple
segments and products
Establishes and enhances client relationships to resolve issues and
grow business through a consultative sales approach
Identifies opportunities for cross-selling additional company
products and manages prospects through various e-channels
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a related field
Must have or be able to obtain a North Carolina Insurance license
within the first 60 days of employment
Medicare sales experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare benefits and eligibility
