Management Sales Enablement professionals play a critical role in
equipping the Treasury Management Consultant team with the tools,
content, training, and resources necessary to drive revenue growth
and enhance client engagement. This individual collaborates across
sales, product, and marketing teams to streamline sales processes,
develop effective sales strategies, and ensure treasury management
solutions are effectively communicated to clients. In addition to
these responsibilities, the Sales Enablement Director will be
responsible for assisting the sales team with cross-sale
opportunities and price optimization exercises. This is a hands-on
role which requires in-depth knowledge of the financial services
sector, treasury management industry, Salesforce, and experience
collaborating with agile teams.Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization & Technology Utilization:Collaborate
with internal teams to improve the sales process and shorten the
sales cycle.Leverage Salesforce, sales automation tools, and
analytics to optimize sales workflows and track performance
metrics.Collaborate with implementations, operations, IT, and other
stakeholders to develop and maintain an end-to-end digital account
opening and TM onboarding platform.Drive adoption of sales
enablement tools and platforms to improve efficiency.Gather
feedback from sales teams to refine enablement programs and
tools.
- Training & Development:Identify and address gaps in sales
knowledge and effectiveness through training programs and content
creation.Design and implement training programs for new and
existing sales team members on treasury management products,
industry trends, and best practices.Conduct workshops, webinars,
and coaching sessions to enhance sales proficiency.Assist in
creating training materials and maintain training repository.
Involvement in the training of new employees.
- Sales and Marketing:Work with product and marketing teams to
ensure messaging alignment and clarity.Collaborate with Marketing
to update and improve marketing collateral. Work with business
verticals and marketing to develop industry-specific marketing
materials, targeting specialty business segments.Develop and
deliver sales enablement materials, including playbooks,
presentations, product sheets, and competitive intelligence
reports.Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new
treasury management products and services.Support cross-sell
efforts and analysis campaigns. Provide suggestions and reporting
on ways to further penetrate the existing book of business
generating additional revenue.Assist treasury sales teams with deal
strategy, pricing models, and proposal development.Act as a bridge
between sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and
sales strategies.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:Leverage market intel to conduct
ongoing pricing analysis and optimization efforts.Stay informed on
treasury management trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory
changes to provide insights to the sales team.Develop reports and
dashboards to track market dynamics and customer needs.Education,
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking,
treasury management, or fintech, with a strong understanding of
treasury products and services.
- Skills: Proven ability to consult on and implement complex
financial solutions, strong technical and analytical skills, and
exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Strong office
automation skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce and other CRM
tools, treasury management systems, payment technologies, and cash
management practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in
treasury or cash management are a plus. Certified Treasury
Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired.The estimated salary range
for this position is $130,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary
may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may
include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition,
this position is eligible for incentive compensation.All qualified
