This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.Travel%: 25%Pay: $92,000 to $149,500What will you doThe Associate Manager, Customer Strategy - Fixturing for Neutrogena Makeup is responsible for the in-store merchandising strategy and execution of our Makeup fixture approach, developing and leading go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth, product launches, and coordinate the efforts of commercialization planning to drive business success.The associate manager will partner closely with external Makeup fixture partners and internal brand development team to develop and execute the fixture components to deliver to retail stores for annual resets.In conjunction with the Manager, Neutrogena Makeup Fixturing and Activation, the associate manager is responsible for driving the achievement of forecast, budget, and performance targets for brands within the skin health portfolio while instituting strategic business plans that integrate, align and achieve Kenvue business and customer goals. The associate manager will also support the sun and makeup squad through various administrative duties.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Manager, Customer Strategy - Fixturing for Neutrogena Makeup will be responsible for shaping and driving flawless activation of the delivery of category and channel strategies through our fixtures. This role will influence and develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and customer team partners that drive profitable growth, coordinating product launches and playing a key role in the business planning process to drive success. The associate manager serves as a liaison between customer sales teams and marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Own the in-store consumer fixturing strategy for Neutrogena Makeup in assigned customers. Partner with brand team and internal partners to establish in-store creative assets and merchandising principles to maximize purchase basket and customer value.
  • Work in JDA to create planograms for assigned customers during their resets and for ad hoc requests.
  • Manage the total Makeup Fixture budget, working closely with finance.
  • Assess and act on reports that deliver the development, evaluation, and implementation of the 4Ps by analyzing trends and translating data into actionable insights to drive business performance internally and externally.
  • Track new product launches, business processes and requirements related to pricing, trade promotions, category management principles, supply chain metrics, and financial P&L metrics.
  • Support Sun and Makeup squad through administrative tasks, including PO Initiation, Approval, Closure, Sample request, etc.
  • Monitor and track results of promotional programs, such as special packs & in-store displays, to influence decision-making and identify future opportunities.
  • Partner with internal team members to execute the revenue growth management strategies to drive topline and bottom-line growth.
  • Foster a winning, positive, action-oriented attitude and contribute to attaining our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.QualificationsWhat we are looking for
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
    • A minimum of 6 years prior experience in consumer-packaged goods, including prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, and category management required.
    • Experience in JDA to create planograms required.
    • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment.
    • Influence decision makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to influence business strategies and/or initiatives.
    • Ability to manage funds and resources to deliver the greatest outcome for the company.
    • Up to 25% domestic travel.Desired Qualifications
      • Experience in beauty and/or skin health industry is preferred.What's in it for you
        • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000 to $149,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
