Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, record, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
Execute both manual and automated tests to identify software defects.
Monitor and report on the quality of products, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Document and maintain testing procedures, results, and progress reports.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Proficiency in test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for database testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
