clients.We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead
the strategy and execution of initiatives within our Traditional
OOH department. As a Product Manager at Vistar, you will work
closely with engineering, business-facing teams, and external
stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle process - from
idea conception to defining product specs and requirements,
go-to-market launch, and deploying future iterations based on
market feedback. This role offers an exciting opportunity to
influence and shape the development of our traditional OOH
solutions, building on the capabilities of the ADstruc platform and
integrating them into our other product offerings. You will play a
key role in shaping the future of how people transact in the OOH
industry, driving innovation and efficiency in the process.What
you'll do:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Traditional OOH planning
and buying process to inform product development and prioritization
decisions.
- Manage and align the product backlog, prioritize features,
write user stories, and work with UI/UX design to create and refine
tickets for development.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders on strategy and the
creation and execution of roadmaps to enhance our Traditional OOH
solutions.
- Drive the integration of ADstruc's capabilities into Vistar's
other product offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and user
experience.
- Support the launch of new initiatives that impact customer
workflows within the Traditional OOH space.
- Measure product usage and gather user feedback to inform future
iterations and improvements.
- Play a key role in expanding our Traditional OOH solutions into
international markets, ensuring that our products meet diverse
market needs and opportunities.What experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering,
computer science, etc.), or 7+ years of professional experience
working as a Product Manager.
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management with a deep
understanding of platform technologies, cloud infrastructure, and
engineering processes.
- Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into
actionable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality products.
- Ability to research and understand user segments.
- Experience with traditional OOH planning and buying
processes.
- Ad-tech experience preferred.
- Previous development experience is a plus.
- UI/UX experience is a plus.Who you are:

consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and

cause compensation to vary. Please note that the salary range
information that follows is a good faith estimate for this
position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed
in New York City is $140-160k and as performed in CA is $140-160k,
plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with
company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this
position as performed outside of New York City and CA may vary. The
actual pay will be at Vistar Media's sole discretion, and
determined by factors including but not limited to geographic
location, skills, qualifications, and experience.If you're
