Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Director responsible for
leading and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a large-dollar donor strategy
while cultivating relationships with key donors
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned
with organizational goals
Identify and apply for grants while ensuring compliance with donor
and legal reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or
related roles
Proven track record in securing major gifts and cultivating donor
relationships
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Experience organizing and managing fundraising events and
campaigns
Proficiency in donor management software and CRM systems
