A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy.



Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic projects that enhance customer value and business opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis and develop business cases while collaborating with stakeholders
Summarize data into executive-level narratives and manage project plans and risks


Required Qualifications

7-10 years of work experience
3+ years of strategy consulting or program management experience, preferably in healthcare
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
Experience working with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
