Job Description:
The Alliances Manager at Plative will be responsible for
executing Plative's Go To Market partner strategy and driving new
business across Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and other partners
that can be found at Plative.com/partners. Your role will be
collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery to maximize our
channel-sourced pipeline and referrals.This role will be a
foundational part of our go to market strategy, and you will report
directly to the CRO. You will be spearheading our joint marketing,
inbound lead generation, account mapping, territory alignment, goal
setting, and win story sharing across Salesforce, NetSuite, and
third party partners that we work closely with.What You'll Do:
- Drive consistent referrals from our platform partners (Oracle
NetSuite and Salesforce)
- Produce, gather, and share our win stories broadly with the
relevant partner and sales teams at NetSuite and Salesforce on a
regular basis to prove our success and create more compelling
events to reach out and stay top of mind.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and participate in our
partner marketing and events strategy, setting clear goals for
event attendance, pipeline generation, and ROI.
- Meet regularly with Salesforce and NetSuite alliances teams to
track our current progress towards goals, attached pipeline,
referrals (in and out), and certifications.
- Meet regularly with Sales and Delivery leadership to provide a
concrete understanding of our attached pipeline metrics, as well as
our certification status across the delivery team, and ensure that
Plative receives the correct credit from our partners for these
certifications and active / closed pipeline.
- Proactively track and report on success metrics exclusive to
our alliances partners including pipeline generated, leads sourced,
deals won, project success scores, and certifications earned on an
ongoing basis.
- Own the customer story and innovation award submission process,
be held accountable for accuracy and timely submission of the
stories.
- Serve as first point of escalation and quarterback for any
customer issues brought about by our alliances partner
network.
- Travel (as needed) to field events hosted by Plative and our
partners.What You Bring To The Table:
- 2+ years in an alliances management role for a professional
services firm in the Salesforce and/or NetSuite ecosystems.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with a deep desire to drive
mutually beneficial outcomes with our partners.
- Experience with building joint go to market plans with partners
that contain methods, KPIs, and technical certification
journeys.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce partner ecosystem and/or
Oracle NetSuite ecosystem with relevant ISV and SI partner
experience.
- An outgoing and social disposition and desire to build new
connections with potential alliance partners in our network.
- Self-starter mentality who is able to operate and collaborate
with a team that is dispersed across greater North America and
drive urgency both internally and externally.
- Analytical data-driven approach to presenting methods and ideas
to the team.
- Expertise working in Salesforce as an end user who can whip up
reports and dashboards handily and in a timely manner.At Plative,
