- Lead and manage a team of Part-time Brand Ambassadors at retail
locations within an assigned market, providing coaching,
mentorship, and strategic direction to drive sales
performance.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales plans for the Meta
wearable program, aligning with overall sales objectives and
collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Drive sales and deliver effective strategies for the Meta
wearable program at locations within the assigned market, ensuring
sales targets and market share goals are achieved.
- Manage relationships with key Best Buy stakeholders within the
assigned market, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring
alignment with Meta's sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and develop
actionable insights to optimize sales performance and capitalize on
opportunities within the assigned market.
- Act as retailer's primary sales lead within the assigned
market, coordinating all aspects of the sales strategy and ensuring
seamless execution.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer tech industry,
particularly wearable technology, and leverage this knowledge to
position the Meta wearable program in the market
effectively.Qualifications:
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute
