need you to join us.About the Team:The Cloud Partnerships team is
central to Celonis' growth strategy as we aim to build out our
Go-To-Market (GTM) with the major Hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS or
Google Cloud). Key for that is to effectively enable and activate
our Cloud Partners in region and work together with our Sales teams
in the field to drive joint opportunities.For that role we seek a
Director Cloud Partnerships NA to join our team, to manage our
Go-To-Market activities with the existing Cloud Partners and handle
the relationship with the Cloud Partners on a regional level. An
important part of that role is to ensure strong alignment with the
different Celonis Sales team and regional priorities.The Work
You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Celonis and Cloud
Partner teams in North America.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM plan, manage joint
pipelines, and oversee day-to-day collaboration with Cloud
partners.
- Expand partnerships by building new connections with regional
leaders.
- Partner with account teams to identify and advance joint
opportunities.
- Enable and activate partner sales teams with joint value
propositions and product integration insights.
- Oversee and maintain the joint pipeline within partner and
Celonis CRMs.
- Facilitate and support marketplace transactions.
- Contribute to defining and expanding Celonis' global Cloud GTM
strategy.The qualifications you need:
- Experience: 5-10 years in partner management, sales, or
business development roles, ideally working with Microsoft, AWS, or
Google Cloud.
- Relationship Building: A natural ability to inspire, excite,
and foster strong relationships.
- Strategic & Tactical Execution: A proven track record of
developing strategies and managing day-to-day operations to drive
growth and partnership success.
- Sales Mindset: Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and
laser-focused on results.
- Educational Background: Studies in Business Administration,
Economics, or Information Systems are preferred.
- Network: A strong network within Microsoft and AWS is a
significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written
