Key Responsibilities
Design and implement onboarding programs and training content for
the Customer Support team

Analyze training program effectiveness and collaborate with

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in training and quality management in a
customer support environment
Proven ability to create engaging training content across various
formats
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable
improvements
Experience managing or supervising a small team
Proficiency in training platforms and learning management systems
(LMS)
