A company is looking for a Support Engineering Manager to lead
and scale its frontline Support Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Improve support efficiency and reduce ticket resolution time
through optimized processes
Implement structured incident response and escalation processes to
enhance product reliability
Scale and develop the Support Engineering team by hiring,
onboarding, and coaching members
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Support Engineering management within a
SaaS environment
Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting expertise
Demonstrated customer-first mindset with a focus on post-sales
support
Experience in operational and process improvements for support
operations
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering,
Product, and Customer Success teams
