manager.It is necessary that you have experience as a manager at a
franchise automotive dealership for consideration.Before you apply,

- CRM utilization is a team effort, requiring daily involvement
from all sales managers.
- Desking deals offers opportunities to coach and develop our
sales staff, and is the most effective way to provide accurate
quotes.
- Daily meetings are essential, and punctuality is crucial. No
country clubs at the Kollective Auto Group.
- Our goals are to maximize profitability; however, we must
provide an exceptional customer experience, and when we make
mistakes, we must correct them no matter the cost.
- CSI is cultural, fundamental, and most certainly not
optional.
- We don't have dedicated Pre-Owned Managers. All managers are
expected to be actively involved and proficient in handling all
aspects related to Pre-Owned vehicles.
- Reviews of our sales staff are provided to the team on a

are lacking. At the beginning of the month, our sales team game
plan is always set in place and monitored as well as executed.
- Expect to work over 50 hours.
- We focus on working efficiently and meeting our goals within
our regular hours. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. If
we're not achieving our targets despite these closures, we'll need
to reconsider our team.
