Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sourcing and Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and develop sourcing staff to ensure quality service and coordination of sourcing activities
Manage supplier relationships and establish key performance metrics to evaluate supplier performance
Oversee the Sourcing Methodology process, including contract reviews and compliance monitoring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
5 years of progressive managerial experience in purchasing and strategic sourcing
Certified Texas Contracts Manager (CTCM) and Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience
3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
