delivery evidenced through key agility metrics. You'll partner with
Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive
secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions

the responsible and efficient application of technology resources
by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly
defining minimum viable products, and always building with
extensibility in mind.

possible. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable
effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.
- Transformational Leadership. You'll establish a long-term
product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business
needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive
alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. You'll
attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they
develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an
iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way.As the Product
leader for Card Data Imperatives & Data Strategy, you will have the
following responsibilities:
- Build Vision and Strategy
- Develop and socialize the data strategy to improve Net Promoter
Score for Card Data by enhancing the experience for thousands of
Data Producers and Consumers (e.g. Data Scientist, Data Engineers,
Business Analyst) to unlock significant value for Card
Business.
- Evaluate current state of data environment, data producer and
consumer experience.
- Evaluate competitor and marketplace trends (e.g. current use
cases, trends, eData roadmaps).
- Act as Product Leader for Card Data Imperatives to drive
adoption of Enterprise Data Platforms in Card.
- Co-own, build and deliver against next wave of multi-year data
imperatives in partnership with Enterprise to make data easy and
trustworthy to produce, access and use.
- Lead Product leaders for OneStream convergence and responsible
for building the migration roadmap and completing the migration as
per the Enterprise Wide Initiative timelines.
- Own relationships and drive buy-in with all Card and cross
Enterprise stakeholders.
- Make this team the destination for data and product talent in
Capital One.
- Attract, inspire and coach a high performing team of product

and be a mentor in product development.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product
management.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile product management.
- 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital products.Capital One will

annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $240,300 -
$274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $264,300 -
$301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $288,400 -
$329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $240,300 -
$274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in
other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with
that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to
any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
