"I can succeed as an Investment Group/Investment Enablement HR
Manager."As an IG/IE HR Manager - HRBP, you'll partner to develop
and implement the strategy for our IG/IE clients by providing
leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources
functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your
business groups, you'll deliver strategic solutions and expertise
in all aspects of Organizational Design, Performance Management,
Total Rewards, Change Management, Talent Development, and
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. You will play a critical role in
consulting and coaching internal clients on people management and
succession planning based on organizational goals and
objectives.You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and
business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop the
talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence.
Working across your designated business group, you'll manage HR
rollouts and projects that have a direct impact on the people
component of our business strategy. Key responsibilities will also
include people leadership andcontributing to the development of the
IG/IE HR team.To thrive in this role, you've spent time working
closely with business leaders in matrixed organizations. You've
also worked on high performing teams and have the confidence and
courage to drive outcomes through a consultative approach. You are

Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344New York Base Salary Range:
$163,212-$261,139In addition to a highly competitive base salary,
per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you
also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus,
plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan
where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.You can
