join our team and lead our efforts in driving data-driven decision
making.As the Director of Advanced Customer Analytics, you will
play a critical role in shaping and executing our data and
analytics strategy, providing valuable insights to inform key
business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for
using data to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic
thinker with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make

**THE GAME PLAN**Everyone on our team has a part to play* Lead the
development and execution of the FanDuel customer data and
analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive
growth.* Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends,
patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive
business success.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including marketing, strategy, and finance, to understand business
needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.* Manage a
team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance
and mentorship for their professional development.* Serve as a
subject matter expert on customer analytics, staying current with
industry trends, advancements, and best practices.* Develop and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior
leadership, to understand their data and analytics needs and
provide strategic recommendations.* Develop and deliver
presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to
various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.*
Identify and evaluate new data sources and technologies to enhance
the company's analytics capabilities.* Continuously monitor and
assess the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives and
adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.* Foster a culture of
data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics
throughout the organization. **THE STATS**What we're looking for in
our next teammate* Bachelor's degree needed* 7+ years of experience
in data and analytics.* 5+ years of team management* Proven track
record of leading and scaling analytics teams in large, fast-paced
technology driven environment - direct to consumer experience
preferred* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills* Experience managing large teams and complex projects* High
familiarity with advanced Analytics techniques and BI tools*
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a

position is $166,000- $227,700, which is dependent on a variety of
factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and
market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical,

may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive
compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock
