Vice President of Operations is the Essential Leader that champions

Leadership
- Lead the planning process to achieve company and client
financial goals.
- Build an infrastructure that can successfully scale for growth;
Plan, develop, and implement strategies to increase revenue and
profits within the Division.- Sales Leadership - demonstrated
proficiency to establish a proactive Sales Culture. Identify and
build sales opportunities as well as support new business
activities.
- Coordinate divisional operations to ensure labor efficiency,
quality, service, and customer and client
happiness/retention.Innovation, Operational Excellence, and Safety
- Ensure practices and objectives established by the Company are
driven throughout the division in accordance with all applicable
laws and safety regulations.
- Achieve the vision and mission of the organization and ensure
alignment with financial and operational goals.
- Build a culture that is connected to metrics, collects and
brings to bear data to craft and implement strategies.
- Directly implement strategies to remain best in market with
venue management, artfully curated food, service excellence, and
client happiness.Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable.
- Fine Dining.
- B and I.
- Catering and Events.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within catering,
operations and sales.
- Extensive client relations experience.
- Proven record of managing and scaling a successful business,
Change Management.
- Merger-Acquisition's experience.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and strive to achieve
critical metrics.
- Demonstrated adeptness for leading teams at the senior
leadership level, to lead, empower and grow a team.Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills,
including the ability to encourage, influence, and motivate a broad
range of diverse teams and clients.
- Strong financial competence.
- Track record of effectively crafting a strategic plan and
completing tasks by defining metrics, and achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Listens
to others and values their contributions.
- Unquestionable integrity, credibility, character, demonstrated
