FORMomentum Worldwide is looking for a highly experienced,
strategic, and dynamic Vice President, Account Director of Business
Leadership to be a key member of a growing team working across a
wide variety of programs for one of the leading business services
firms. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering
innovative and impactful B2B marketing solutions within the
experiential space. The VP will work closely with cross-functional
teams to drive growth, ensure client satisfaction, and elevate the
agency's reputation as a leader in experiential marketing. This is
a unique opportunity to work with top-tier clients, building
long-term relationships and delivering measurable results through
creative experiential campaigns.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
(RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier business
services account and attaining annual revenue and contribution
margin targets.
- Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in
guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals,
ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met.
- Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy
development, property negotiation/management, and marketing
activation development/execution, ROI methodology.
- Integral member of brand team within the agency, developing and
managing client business while leading strategy development for
assigned account(s).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client
executives, presenting strategies, performance metrics, and
ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with
senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring their business
objectives are met through strategic and creative solutions.
- Along with budget development and management, develops staffing
plans to profitably support the business.
- Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in
developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed
while meeting client needs.
- Drive the development of long-term client relationships,
identifying opportunities for account growth, retention, and
diversification of services.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts,
leveraging the agency's full suite of experiential advertising
services to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
- Actively contributing to new business efforts, working in
conjunction with senior management and external agency
partners.
- Leadership, mentorship and development of all direct reports.
Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership,
strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of
communication, on-going performance feedback, professional
development and adherence to agency policy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in experiential and
B2B marketing, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to clients,
positioning the agency as a forward-thinking leader.

(QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Marketing
- 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 5
years in a senior leadership role, ideally within an experiential
advertising or B2B marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex B2B
marketing campaigns and driving client success.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the
ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level
clients.
- Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape and
B2B client needs, with experience in campaign strategy, execution,
and measurement.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and
capitalize on business opportunities.
- Willing and interested in travel.
- Self-motivated and able to problem solve in a live, onsite
event environment.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a
results-oriented approach to project management.
- A proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.SALARY RANGEThe salary range for this position
is $170,000 to $185,000. Where an employee or prospective employee
is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors,
actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position;
market considerations; location and region; budgetary
considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to
current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's
